I had such a great time with Kandi and Aaron for their beautiful March wedding in New Orleans. Such a great couple to work with on their wedding day. They were both so laid back the entire day. I love it. And the weather was perfect that day
They started their day getting dressed at the Omni Hotel in the French Quarter. Kandi had her hair and make-up done by the gals of Get Polished. Great look for Kandi. We then snuck to the rooftop for their first meeting and a few quick pics of just the two of them. They had such a sweet and serene first meeting. It was like pure joy and bliss between them. So sweet. And, of course, everyone knows I love when my couples see each other before the ceremony because then we get more play time.
Their ceremony was then held at the historic Cabrini Chapel where friends and family watched as they exchanged their vows and supported their union. And then back to the Omni Hotel for food, fun and music for their reception. Celeste and her crew at the Omni always are a joy to work with and they always do such a fantastic job for their couples. It’s nice to shoot weddings there since I know everything will be perfect. The flowers and bouquets were done by Bella Blooms. And the music was the BoogieMen. Kandi and Aaron enjoyed their reception and enjoyed that their friends and family came in town to celebrate with them. Such a great night and a perfect wedding.
